Golf-A-Palooza 2024: A Dynamic Fusion of Sport, Music, and Philanthropy

5 April 2024

Dirtbags Softball Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is redefining charity events with the highly anticipated inaugural Golf-A-Palooza set for Friday, May 10, 2024. Hosted at the scenic Whitney Farms Golf Club in Monroe, CT, this event combines the excitement of golf, the energy of live music, and a deep commitment to philanthropy. Participants are in for an experience that transcends the traditional, offering a day that’s not just about scoring birdies but about making a significant impact in the lives of veterans and first responders.

Experience a Day Like No Other

The festivities commence at 10:30 AM with registration, setting the stage for a performance by Stairway To Halen and a delectable lunch at 11:30 AM. The golf tournament kicks off at 1:00 PM with a shotgun start, offering enthusiasts a chance to showcase their skills, enjoy the camaraderie, and compete for glory on the meticulously maintained fairways and greens.

The event doesn't wind down as the last putt drops; instead, the evening ramps up with dinner, an array of raffles, the presentation of awards, and side-splitting entertainment from a guest comedian. It’s an opportunity to unwind, connect, and celebrate the day’s achievements, all while contributing to a noble cause.

Supporting Heroes with Every Swing

All proceeds from Golf-A-Palooza will benefit the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, an organization dedicated to honoring the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller and supporting the families of veterans and first responders. It’s your chance to drive, chip, and putt for a purpose, knowing that each swing brings help and hope to those who’ve served our nation with valor.

A Call to Sponsors: Be Part of Something Bigger

We are actively seeking sponsors to join us in this premier event. Sponsoring Golf-A-Palooza is not only a fantastic way to showcase your business but also a powerful opportunity to contribute to a cause that makes a tangible difference in the lives of veterans and first responders. As a sponsor, you’ll gain visibility among a community that values generosity, bravery, and solidarity.
